ON THE RADAR: JUNE 20 WEEKEND IN CALIFORNIA

(June 17, 2020) – Another large slate of races is on deck across the state of California for the weekend of Saturday June 20th. The editors of ShortTrackLive.com have compiled what is “ON THE RADAR” for short track fans in the Golden State

Friday June 19:
Delta Speedway in Stockton will open its 2020 season with night #1 of the Summer Sizzler, with all four Micro Sprint divisions competing. Super 600 and Non-Wing will race for $750 to win each night. A full night of racing will follow on Saturday as well. Stream: Fast Four Media.

Ocean Speedway in Watsonville returns for its season opener for 2020 hosting the Taco Bravo Ocean Sprints. IMCA Sport Mods and Dwarf Cars are among the other classes scheduled. Stream: Speed Shift TV.

Saturday June 20:
Antioch Speedway continues its busy start to the season with IMCA Modifieds headlining the card. Stream: Speed Shift TV

Cycleland Speedway races again with another outstanding triple digit turnout of Outlaw Karts expected. Stream: Fast Four Media

Keller Auto Speedway in Hanford hosts the season opener for the NARC-KWS 410 Sprint Cars along with Kings of Thunder 360 Non-Wing Bandits and Racesaver 305s. Stream: Speed Shift TV

Kern County Raceway Park will host the Super Stocks and Spec Modifieds, but has canceled the Pro Late Model portion of the event. Stream: Low Budget TV

Lakeport Speedway returns after a fantastic Legends main event that saw all three Daniels siblings go across the line three-wide last Saturday. This week’s Legends event will be part of the Legends of the Pacific. Stream: Lakeport Speedway Facebook

Madera Speedway will run its third consecutive weekend of Madera Late Model competition, again streamed for free to YouTube at ShortTrackTV. Bakersfield drivers have won each of the races so far.

Stockton 99 Speedway hosts Madera and Roseville rules Pro Late Models on Saturday night for their second round of the DHL Challenge Series.

Sunday June 21:
Petaluma Speedway will run its first Pit Stop USA 360 Sprint Car race of 2020. Stream: Speed Shift TV
