ON THE RADAR: CASH IS KING THIS WEEKEND ON THE WEST COAST

(September 2, 2020) – They say cash is king and this weekend’s racing on the West Coast will have plenty of it up for grabs. Strong payouts highlight this week’s On the Radar for short track racing.

Saturday September 5

Antioch Speedway presents the third round of the George Steitz Freedom Series with the Big Kahuna, paying $1,000 to win for A Mods, $600 for Sport Mods and $300 for Hobby Stocks. Stream: AntiochSpeedway.TV

Barona Speedway reopens with Modifieds and Lightning Sprints as part of an eight division show. Stream: None

Cycleland Speedway is back for another points race for its Outlaw Kart series. Stream: Fast Four Media

Delta Speedway kicks off its two night Dual at Delta with complete points races each night for all four Micro Sprint divisions. The Super 600 and Non-Wing race for $500 to win each night. Stream: None

Madera Speedway hosts the second round of the Race 2B Drug Free Big3 for Pro Late Models, paying $5,000 to win for the 100-lap feature. The B-Main will pay $3,000 to win as well! Stream: ShortTrackTV on YouTube

Siskiyou Golden Speedway stages the second night of its Labor Day Weekend special with $800 to win for the A Mods plus racing for B Mods and Outlaw Pro Stocks. Stream: Tri State Pro Stocks on Facebook (Pay Per View)

Sunday September 6

Petaluma Speedway will have a co-sanctioned USAC/BCRA Midget feature in the first round of the West Coast Stock Car and Motorsports Hall of Fame Challenge. The champion after the second race on October 24th will earn $1,000. Stream: FloRacing
